WHAT WE DO
SitiTRUST is a trust company that functions as a custodian and trustee for customer assets, this includes movable and immovable properties, cash in bank accounts, stocks and shares.
SitiTRUST’s expertise includes advisory services on shariah-compliant products and services, having been involved among others, in work on Waqf and the establishment and operation of shariah-compliant investment fund across three jurisdictions namely, Geneva, Hong Kong and Labuan.
Through its legal associates, Siti & Co., SitiTRUST’ has also prepared legal documents on various types of shariah-compliant financing, such as Al-Bai Bithaman Ajil, Al-Istisna’, Qardhul Hassan, Al-Murabahah and Al-Kafalah.
SitiTRUST provides for the creation and administration of trusts. It is normally beneficial to hold the ownership of assets via a Labuan company and the assets may be located worldwide, subject to local restrictions.
